HOW TO REDUCE STRESS BEFORE EXAMs
All of student always cope with exams. Frightfully,
if you can do well , you will pass and you will have high mark, but on contrary
that you will fail. Because of that high
pressure of exam , it makes you feel really stressed. We can’t avoid stress but
completely beat it with ourselves power; we can’t totally solve stress but
completely reduce it with ourselves mind! Therefore, the purpose of essay is to
give some stress-reducing techniques and
here are some useful tips to relieve stress for student before exams.
Firstly,
don’t care too much about exam is secret for us.
Indeed, most of people think that before exams
, we should cram as much as possible. The student can study all night to
prepare for exam. that is very not feasible, because cramming or studying all time only make us
very tired , not healthy enough for exam. Let's learn calmly and normally.
Terribly, if you can’t take exam well because you feel ill and sleepy.
Moreover, we can’t remember all thing we learn,so cramming is pointless. the
best way, before exam you should go out for relaxation: you can meet your
friends, listen to music you like, play sports,do yoga, go to park and relax.
But don't forget prepare for exam!
Secondly,
laugh, laugh and laugh a lot!
A
vietnamese proverb says that “a laughter is the best medicine”. The laughter
make us forget stress and anxiety. But a question given : how to laugh when i’m
worrying for exam? Simply, you only make something you like or watch comedy,
meet some humor people and especially let’s turn into a child to laugh!
Thirdly,
let’s take a deep breath when you feel stifling and suffocating because of
stress.
This is a
good method which quickly reduce stress and make you feel comfortable. Even,
while you are doing exam. Most of people is often self doubts, a feeling of
uncertainty in our ability, so we will really shiver and flutter when taking
exam, your heart beats very strong, you need take a deep breath to prevent your
heart from strong beating ,control thoughts and keep your temper.
Next, sleep
early and sleep sufficiently!
Not only is that good for your heath but also
helps us memorize the lessons we learn. The sleep is very important to
everyone, everyday we have to work and learn, only sleep make us take a rest.
Don’t try to learn in night before take exam, that harm to your memory,
according to experts, the sleep helps arrange
things in memory of brain and cancel things are not necessary , then help
us relaxing. If you don’t sleep , your memory will be confusion and no
ordering. Sleep at least 8 hours a day is a secret beating stress soon! Try it!
A very useful method i often use is to scream! Scream aloud !
wow! Before
exam i feel really stressed, there are many tasks i need to do, there are much
pressures i’m under. i can’t throw them out by myself but screaming is very
interesting and effective. After screaming, i find really comfortable and
exciting! humorously,A advice given you that find where are nobody and scream
if don’t want everyone think that you are somewhat crazy!
Finally,
nutrients for the body are also important!
During the
time of revision, we should eat more in order that the body can be nutrients
supplementation ; for examples protein, vitamins and minerals. A good health
and mind thanks to nutrients. Therefore, stress can be reduced when you eat
good enough for nutrients. A gold tip is although whatever you are busy, you
should eat all of meal in the day! Don’t be too hard-working for exam!

stress, there are many others stress-reducing techniques is also very effective
but the advices which beat stress are
very simple and useful for everyone. Not only are they used before exam, but
also used for any situations of stress. Lively, we can apply the tips in the
life: think anything simply, take a
rest, laugh and eat reasonably. Remember that : don’t let stress get the best
of you! you can beat totally it!
